About the Artist:
In the vein of Colbie Caillat, Adele, and Jewel, singer/songwriter, Heather Renee, calls her genre Indie Folk-Pop. "My music has the quirkiness of Indie, the Acoustic elements of Folk, and the catchy melodies of Pop." Heather Renee has spent years, building up a catalogue of over 100 songs. She has released several indie albums and toured up and down the East Coast.
This year is all about transition for the veteran performer. With the aid of multi-platinum audio engineer, Brian Reeves, she has been refining her self-produced hits to give them a more radio-ready sound.
In 2009, she worked with Bryce Goggin (Joan as Policewoman and The Ramones) at Trout Recording Studios in Brooklyn, NY to record a fan favorite entitled, "Braille." The success of that single encouraged her to continue polishing other recently released singles like "Train" and "On the Way Down."
Be sure to visit the FREE DOWNLOAD tab to get a copy of her new song "Scars." It is about the power of words and how apologies may never erase their impact.
All of her music is available for sale on iTunes or your favorite digital distributor.
Love is her message and she uses her music to spread it to the world.
