About the Artist:
Kenny Day is a guitarist/singer/songwriter based in Montgomery County, Maryland between Baltimore and Washington, DC. I play regularly with the band Station1201 around Maryland, DC and Virginia, and also do acoustic solo and duo gigs as well. Day started playing guitar at age 15, inspired first by the Hard Rock and Metal of the late 80's, then absorbing Classic Rock, Blues, Punk, Funk, Jazz, R&B, Reggae and Country. He played in many bands over the years such as Uninterrupted, Station 1201, Devine Nature, The Hedge Club, Velvet Jones, Gypsy Rhodes etc. Currently writing songs and singing as well. I'm working on recording all of the songs I've written over the last 10-15 years.
